Farace to became Farace & Scherr, P.A. for the next 22 years. Ms. Farace was appointed as a family magistrate in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County effective August 22, 2022, and the firm became Scott R. Scherr, P.A.

Mr. Scherr is admitted to practice law in all of the Maryland State trial and appellate courts and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Scherr is also admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. He has been endorsed by many attorneys on AVVO.
